Does my chunky knit cushion come with an insert?
Yes all cushions come with a polyester insert
is my chunky knit washable?
yes all products are machine washable on a gentle/30 degree cycle.
The chenille products may be tumble dried on a low heat setting
Do you have samples of the yarns?
Yes just get in touch with the colours you would like to see and I can them sent to you by first class post.
Returns/refunds policy
**Please note there will be no refunds if the colour is not what you are expecting. colours vary on different screens/monitors which is why samples are offered free of charge**

If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it and I will be happy to find a solution.
If the product needs to be returned please return it in new condition within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping and handling fees, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty.
